Portuguese Localization
The Portuguese Localization is available for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, in the latest Microsoft version and the two immediately preceding versions, in accordance with Microsoft’s “Modern Lifecycle” policy.
In terms of licensing, the Portuguese Localization requires mapping to the customer’s active Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central licenses. The following licenses are therefore available for the Portuguese Localization:
- Microsoft Business Central Premium
- Microsoft Business Central Essentials
- Microsoft Business Central Team Members
- Microsoft Business Central Device
The localization requires that the customer's database be exclusively configured for PT.
Availability and Partnership Level
Following Softstore’s acquisition by Companial—through which we now benefit from special licensing conditions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud (excluding markets covered by special pricing schemes, namely government, education, and non-profit sectors, as well as specific promotions such as Bridge to Cloud)—we have restructured our offering as outlined below.
Companial
Companial provides its partners with an active Membership Program, through its marketplace, with the following licensing options:
- For new business, it must be acquired:
- Microsoft Business Central Embedded/Bundled license, which includes the Portuguese Localization license at no additional cost

For special markets (government, education, and non-profit), it must be acquired:
- Microsoft Business Central license, together with the
- Portuguese Localization license
- For the B2C (Bridge to Cloud) promotion, it must be acquired:
- Microsoft Business Central B2C license, together with the Portuguese Localization license
- Portuguese Localization B2C License
Softstore
Softstore maintains the ability to offer, to any implementer without access to the Companial Membership Program, exclusively the following licensing option:
- For new business, special markets, and promotions, it must be acquired:
- Portuguese Localization License
